3. Our Services

We offer a range of pharmacy services, including the dispensing of NHS and private prescriptions, and the sale of over-the-counter medicines and other healthcare products. All services are provided under the supervision of our qualified pharmacists.

4. Prescription Services

  • To use our prescription services, you must have a valid prescription from a registered prescriber in the UK.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to dispense a prescription if we believe it is not clinically appropriate or if there are concerns about its validity.

5. Website Use

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website to purchase products.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

6. Ordering and Payment

  • When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
  • We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
  • Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between you and us will take place when we dispatch the products to you.

  • For reasons of safety, we cannot accept the return of any medicine once it has left the pharmacy.
