Important Information About Returning Medicines
For safety reasons, UK law and our regulatory guidelines dictate that **we cannot accept returns of dispensed medicines, including prescription and over-the-counter products.**
This is to ensure the integrity and safety of the pharmaceutical supply chain. Once a medicine has left our registered pharmacy premises, we are unable to reuse or resell it, even if the packaging is unopened.
Please ensure you order the correct product and quantity, as we cannot offer a refund or exchange for medicines that are ordered in error or are no longer required.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
In the unlikely event that your order is delivered faulty, damaged, or you have received an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt.
Please do not dispose of the items until you have spoken with us. We may require you to provide photographic evidence of the damage or error to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Your Right to Cancel (Non-Medicinal Products)
For non-medicinal products (e.g., toiletries, beauty products), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original unopened packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
