UK Delivery Only

Please note that Greendock Pharmacy is a UK-registered pharmacy and we can only dispense and dispatch orders to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

We do not ship to addresses outside of the UK, including the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, or internationally.

Our Delivery Services & Costs

We use a range of trusted couriers to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Dispatch Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that orders containing pharmacy medicines or prescriptions require a clinical check by our pharmacist before dispatch. While we aim to complete these checks promptly, they can occasionally cause a short delay. We will always notify you by email if we expect any significant delay with your order.
